Meet Goldie! Goldie is a pint sized Golden Retriever mix with a soft, fluffy coat and a smile that makes everyone around her happy. This sweet girl found herself in a crowded city shelter in Turkiye. This can be a death sentence for small or gentle dogs. Thankfully, a compassionate woman feared for Goldie's safety and reached out to us to ask if we could rescue her before it was too late. It is clear that Goldie once had a family of her own. She adores people, happily leans in for attention, and is perfectly content spending the afternoon curled up at your feet. We may never know why she was abandoned, but despite her difficult past, Goldie has held on to her gentle heart and trusting spirit. Although Goldie loves quiet moments with humans, she also has a playful side. She loves to run, romp, and play with other dogs, her fluffy tail wagging the entire time.
